Public Metered Street Parking
Downtown Greensburg offers approximately 300 metered street parking spaces, conveniently spread throughout the business district. These spaces are divided into eight color-coded zones, each clearly marked by a colored dot on the parking meter. When using the Meter Feeder app, you’ll need to select the zone that matches the color of your meter.
- Zone 1 - Red - W. Otterman from Main to Bell Way, N. Pennsylvania from the bridge to W. Otterman, Harrison from Ehalt to W. Otterman
- Zone 2 - Brown - E. Otterman from St. Clair to Main, N. Main from Tunnel to E. Otterman, Maple from Tunnel to E. Otterman
- Zone 3 - Green - W. Pittsburgh from Union to Main N. Pennsylvania from W. Otterman to W. Pittsburgh
- Zone 4 - Yellow - E. Pittsburgh from Main to the point, Maple from Laird to E. Otterman
- Zone 5 - Orange - W. 2nd from Vanneer incl. 2 meters in Bisignani Lot, S. Pennsylvania from W. Pittsburgh to W. 2nd, Main Street from Pittsburgh to 2nd
- Zone 6 - Blue - W. 3rd from Euclid to Maple, S. Pennsylvania from W. 2nd to W. 3rd, S. Main Street from 2nd to 3rd
- Zone 7 - Black - Euclid from W. 3 to W. 4" S. Maple from E. 4th, to S. Main incl. 3 meters on E.4th
- Zone 8 - Purple - W. Pittsburgh from Union to Westminster

Public Metered City Parking Lots
In addition to street parking, Downtown Greensburg offers public parking in City-owned and leased lots. While many of these lots include leased spaces, a significant number of metered spaces are available for public use. Public spaces are clearly marked on-site and correspond to the numbered lots on the map.

- Dr. Robert W. Queale Lot, 11 N Maple (Maple Ave & alley near Toads) – 93 spaces
- Wib Albright Lot, 10 Moore Ave (behind Sewage Authority) – 157 spaces
- Buncher Lot 216 S Pennsylvania Ave(behind Post Office on E. Pittsburgh St) – 93 spaces
- Dr. Bruce C. Boyle Lot, 15 E 2nd St (by YMCA) – 72 spaces
- Bisignani Lot, 200 W 2nd St (2nd St & Vannear) – 28 spaces
- Elena Hoffman Lot, 205 S Main St (Maple Ave & E. Second St) – 68 spaces
- Bononi Lot, 301 S Main St (Corner of Main St & 3rd St) – 37 spaces
- Albert L. Grillo Lot (Seton Hill Dr & Concord Ave) – 139 spaces
- Chris Horner Lot, 137 Harrison Ave (off Harrison Ave, behind Palace Theatre) – Fully leased – not available for public parking
- Gilhooley’s Lot (off W. Otterman St, adjacent to Seton Hill Arts Center) – Fully leased – not available for public parking
Accessible Parking Availability
Designated handicapped-accessible parking spaces are available both on-street and in public lots throughout Downtown Greensburg. Vehicles displaying a valid handicap placard or license plate may park in these designated spots.
Parking Violations and Fines
Please be aware that fines apply for parking in restricted spaces without proper authorization:
- Handicapped Parking Violation: Parking in a designated handicapped space without a valid handicap placard or license plate may result in a fine of $100 or more.
- Leased Parking Violation: Many spaces in city-owned lots are privately leased. Parking in a marked leased space without proper authorization may result in ticketing or towing.
- Enforcement: Parking regulations are actively enforced by the City of Greensburg. Always check signage and pavement markings before leaving your vehicle.

We’re excited to share special parking accommodations for June 14, 2025.
- THE BELL PARKING GARAGE - Will be open to the public all day in support of community events happening throughout Downtown Greensburg.
- FREE SHUTTLE - To make your visit even easier, we’re offering FREE continuous shuttle service from Lynch Field to the intersection of South Pennsylvania Avenue & Pittsburgh Street from 10:00 AM to 2:30 PM.
